To keep our products intact and safe, once they have been delivered they cannot be considered suitable for returns. 

We value our customers' confidence. If you have any problem with our products,please contact us at  ​​​​​​​info@smilefoods.co and we will fix the problem or make it right.

Once you place your order we will deliver in 2-3 days. We charge a delivery fee of $4.5o per order. We deliver between 6:00 PM and 9:00 PM, to be sure somebody is at home to receive the refrigerated product. If not at home during these hours, please leave a cooler outside, where we can safely leave your order.
